Misjav Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know About Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the Misjav platform. They come into effect automatically whenever you use the Misjav website or mobile app.

Misjav reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are also available in English. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Misjav, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to any other person.
• Any suspicious access or security breach must be reported to Misjav Support immediately.

Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory. Withdrawals may be limited without it. Uploading a scan of your national ID or passport typically results in verification within 24 hours.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on Misjav. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Only residents of regions in Bangladesh where online gaming is legally permitted may participate on Misjav. Any attempt to open an account from a restricted region will be declined.

Misjav accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For Mobile Pay and Nagad, the minimum is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and any such transactions may be subject to investigation.
• Money laundering and the use of illegal funds are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (some exceptions may apply).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account level.

Misjav typically processes withdrawals within 15–30 minutes. However, under certain circumstances — such as security verification or high-value transactions — processing may take up to 24 hours.

Bonuses and promotional offers from Misjav are entirely optional. However, if you choose to accept a bonus, the associated terms and conditions must be fulfilled.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier. For example, 30x means you need to wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawing.
• Time Limit: Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Any bonus not used in time will be automatically forfeited.

• Multiple bonuses: Bonus stacking rules apply when multiple bonuses are active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

• In the event of a technical error affecting game results, Misjav reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, it will automatically resume from where it left off once you reconnect.
• Progressive jackpot winnings will only be paid out after the verification process has been completed.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Misjav platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair gaming advantage.
• Colluding or match-fixing with other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Misjav reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of a provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Extended account inactivity (36 months).
• For security or legal reasons.

You can also request to close your account at any time through our support team. Self-exclusion is also available, allowing you to lock your account for a set period.

Misjav is not responsible for the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
